Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using pmdox ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use pmdox. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits.
  • No automated scraping or resale of Service output.
  • No use of the Service to train competing AI models.

4. AI-Generated Output

pmdox uses third-party large language models to generate project documents. Output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or fabrications. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before relying on it for business, legal, financial, safety, or regulatory decisions. See our AI Disclosure for details.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the documents you generate using your own project inputs. We claim no ownership over your project content or generated output.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and document content, is owned by pmdox and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

7. Confidentiality of Your Content

We process the project content you submit only to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy for details on storage, sub-processors, and retention.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pmdox's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify pmdox against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

12. Governing Law

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
