Generative AI is at the core of pmdox

pmdox uses large language models (LLMs) to draft project management documents from the inputs you provide. The Service is an authoring assistant, not an authoritative source of project, legal, financial, or safety guidance.

Output can be wrong

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated.
  • Methodology references (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) are summarised, not authoritative quotes.
  • You must review and edit every document before sharing or relying on it.
  • Do not use pmdox to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people.

Model providers

Prompts and the project context needed for a generation are sent to one of the following providers via the Lovable AI Gateway:

  • Google — Gemini family models.
  • OpenAI — GPT family models.

Routing is automatic based on the task. We select providers that contractually commit not to use API inputs to train their foundation models.

What we send

To generate a document we transmit: your prompt, the relevant project metadata (name, methodology, scope, RAID items, etc.), and any previously generated artifacts the document depends on. We do not transmit your password, billing details, or unrelated projects.

Your content & training

We do not use your project content to train AI models.

EU AI Act transparency

Documents produced by pmdox are AI-generated. When you export or share them outside the Service, you should label them as AI-assisted if your audience or jurisdiction requires it.
